Ian and Lauren are two people that you just meet and you instantly think “these two are literally made for each other!” They have a connection and love that is so strong and evident, it was beautiful to watch them become one on their Troon North Golf Club wedding day in March of this year.

This venue is located in north Scottsdale, Arizona. Don’t let the fact that it’s a golf club scare you, it has all the best elements to make for a beautiful wedding venue! We personally love the massive windows in the ballroom reception area that allowed Arizona to show off a beautiful sunset while guests were enjoying their cocktails and hors d’oeuvres!

This spring wedding had all the boho vibes with pops of jewel tones and gold accents. A total dream! Their vision was brought to life by creating a warm and inviting space that was really intimate and beautiful. The lush desert landscape at their ceremony was a perfect and picturesque backdrop! We loved the beauty and simplicity of it that it can be left by itself or “dressed up” to each couple’s liking.

Lauren and Ian each wrote letters to each other and read them before the ceremony. It was so sweet for them to have a private moment alone to read their letters. Ian, in our opinion, has the best reading voice! We told him he needs to read audiobooks for a living because he has the most unique voice! Along with these special moments, Lauren shared a first look with both her grandmothers and then her father. Her grandmothers has the sweetest reactions as they saw Lauren dressed as a bride! We love when couples decide to have special moments with their family members before the ceremony. Ian and Lauren also shared a first look before the ceremony and read their own vows to each other. It was so beautiful!

Our favorite part of the day though is definitely their portraits during sunset. They had time to just relax and hang out with each other, and for the most part, they pretty much forgot we were even there. We love when our couples just enjoy the moment and slow down from all the stresses that come with a wedding day. These two embraced each other and just loved on each other. We couldn’t be more smitten about the whole day! We adore these two!
